Q: Will my item be insured when I purchase it?
A: Yes, all of our items are insured when they are shipped.

Q: How do I know my item will work?
A: We professionally test all items and guarantee their functionality.

Q: Does OneQuality offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes, for an extra fee, we offer overnight and 3-day shipping.

Q: I am interested in selling something to OneQuality; will my offer be more if I purchase something as well?
A: No, your offer will be the same whether you trade-in an item or just sell it to us directly.

Q: Can I pick up the item at OneQuality headquarters?
A: No, OneQuality is an online store only.

Q: How do I know my package will arrive safely?
A: We are expert packagers, and we package many of items a year. We also guarantee all shipments, so rest assured that your item will arrive safely.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Connecticut.

Q: Can I purchase an item using layaway?
A: We do have a layaway option for items over $1,000. We require customers to put down a $300 deposit immediately, and the rest of the payment is due within 30 days. Please call one of our agents if you are interested in this option.

Q: OneQuality's quote for my gear is much higher than I expected to get; why do you offer so much more than anyone else?
A: We prefer to make money through selling a large volume of pre-owned gear, so we offer our customers a significant amount of money for their items in order to motivate them to sell to us.

Q: Are your prices negotiable?
A: Our prices are set based on demand and inventory levels, so they are non-negotiable. Sometimes they go up and sometimes they go down, but we offer our customers our best price at any point in time so we do not negotiate.
