However, we have made the process RISK FREE by giving our customers a 7 day inspection period for returns. We also offer free ground shipping as well as free return shipping on qualifying returns.

Risk Free Return Policy
How it Works
Step 1) Inspect the cosmetic condition of the item you purchased. All of our items come pre-sealed in clear plastic, which gives you a chance to see your camera and make sure it is in the described condition. If you are not happy with the item's condition at this point, which would be a surprise to us, do not open the clear plastic bag containing your item. Instead email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item for a return or an exchange.
Step 2) Inspect the functional condition of the item you purchased.
When you are completely satisfied with the cosmetic condition of your item, then you can open up the plastic packaging that your item will be sealed in. At this point, you will no longer be able to return your item for cosmetic issues, but you will be able to return it for functional issues. Now you will begin to test your items functions. Remember, you have already had a chance to inspect its cosmetic condition thoroughly (you will be allowed to return the item for functional issues only at this point). We do this so people don’t use us as a free rental store (unfortunately, before the sealed bags and security tags, people would do this) Now you will have 7 days to test out the functional condition of the item you purchased. If you are not happy you will be able to return the item for a full refund. But, the item can only be returned if there are functional issues with it.
Remember you must email us within 7 days of receiving the item and let us know that you would like to return it. Our email address is email@example.com. We can only issue an RMA 7 days from the date the item was received. After getting an RMA and return shipping label, you must safely package the item up and drop it off at the closest UPS store. All returns must be returned and received by OneQuality, with a valid tracking number, within 14 days of the date of you receiving your item. For cameras and camcorders, please make sure to remove all lenses, microphones and any detachable items from them when shipping them back to us. They should be wrapped and packaged as you received it. We appreciate you doing this for us. For return processing time, please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your order back for your credit to show on your statement.
Examples of how our policy works:
Example 1.) The item arrives and you are not satisfied with the cosmetic condition of the item. You can see through the clear plastic bag that something broke in shipping or that there are some scratches you are not happy with(we do insure all of our packages, so please notify us immediately if there is shipping damage). However, you should not open the clear plastic sealed bag around the camera or any of its parts. Please email us right away for a full refund or an exchange. You would be eligible for a full refund or an exchange after returning the camera.
Example 2.) Your item arrives and appears to be in perfect cosmetic condition. You open up the clear plastic wrap and begin to test the item. You notice a functional defect with the item. You email us within 7 days of receiving the item. You are eligible to choose a full refund or an exchange if we have a replacement item.
Example 3.) Your item arrives and is in perfect cosmetic condition and perfect functional condition. This would be the norm and you should expect this from us. However, you have purchased the camera because you need to use it for 1 weekend because your cousin needs her wedding filmed. If you then email us within 7 days and state that you don’t like the cosmetic condition of the camera, then you would not be eligible because the sealed bag had been opened to use the camera for the wedding. You would not be eligible for an exchange or a return, however you would be eligible to return the item with a 15% restocking fee.
Example 4.) Same set of facts as example 3 above. The only difference is that after filming your cousins wedding over the weekend, you realize that since you opened the sealed bag that you will not be able to return the item because you didn’t like its cosmetic condition. You then create a functional issue, break the lens, or damage the camera, in order to claim the camera is not functional. In this case, you would not be eligible for a return or exchange. Any evidence of tampering with the camera will void our return policy. Please don’t try to do something like this. In this case, you would not be able to return the item and we would not offer a return with a restocking fee option either.
Example 5.) You decide to cancel your order before it even arrives or just after it arrives because it is not the camera you would like (buyer's remorse). In this case, we will allow you to exchange the camera for any item we have in stock. If you would like to return the camera, you would need to pay a 15% restocking fee. Our risk free policy does not cover order cancellations for any reason other than an item arriving in a condition not as described or an item arriving with a functional defect.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to report any issues with their order during the 7 day inspection period. For example, if there is an item missing from your order or something is not working you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org about the issue within the 7 day inspection period. We will be glad to assist you with any issues you have with your order.
