You will be happy to know that OneQuality.com offers our customers a 7 day inspection period in our return policy. Some people are concerned about purchasing a pre-owned item without seeing it and we understand. However, we have made the process of buying RISK FREE by giving our customers a 7 day inspection period for returns. We also offer free ground shipping as well as free return shipping on qualifying returns. Please see below for the details of the return policy.

The inspection period begins from the date you receive your purchase and not from the date of purchase.

How it Works
Full refund – Once you receive your item and if you are unhappy with the condition of your purchase you can just follow the returns process as described. If you are not happy with the item's condition at this point do not open any of the clear plastic bags containing your order. Instead email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item requesting an RMA number. Please note that full refunds are only valid for unused items which means any of the plastic sealed bags must not have been opened. Our return policy of only accepting unused items for returns is in place to allow us to provide free shipping both ways for our customers. If we didn't require that the items be returned in the unopened sealed bag we would be unable to do this. The reason is that renting professional cameras, like the ones we sell, can cost hundreds of dollars per day. Since the cost is very expensive people will instead try to use us as a free rental service by buying the cameras for a weekend event like a wedding and then returning them. The policy is in place to prevent such behavior. If you do open the bag, use the camera, and find that you have an issue with the camera then you still have 30 days of coverage under our 30 day warranty policy. Please see our warranty policy for details.
Exchange – Once you receive your order, if there are any functional issues, you are eligible to exchange it for the same model or have the item repaired for 30 days after having received your order. This is covered under our 30 day warranty policy. We must be notified of the intent to exchange or repair an item within 30 days of the order delivery date and the exchange or repaired item must be received back to our facilities within 37 days of the order delivery date.
Upgrade – Once you receive your order, if you are unhappy with it for any reason, you will be able to upgrade using the full value of your purchase towards a another item we sell for 30 days from when you received it. This policy is in place in case you purchase an item and realize it isn't exactly what you wanted. This way you will have the option to get a different camera that better suits your needs. Please note that if you do decide to downgrade to a less expensive item the difference between the original purchase and the new item will not be refunded.
Cancelations – All order cancelations are subject to a 25% restocking.
Exceptions - Please note that due to the nature of layaway orders, where an item is placed on hold for a period of time, we do not offer returns on layaway items. However, we do still offer a 30 day warranty and if there are any issues with the item we will repair or exchange it.
Examples of how our policy works:
Example 1.) Your order arrives and you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase. You can see through the clear sealed plastic bag that something broke in shipping or that there are some scratches you are not happy with(we do insure our packages, so please notify us immediately if there is shipping damage and keep all original packaging materials). However, you should not open the clear plastic sealed bag around the camera or any of its parts. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of having received the item. You would be eligible for a full refund or an exchange after returning the camera. Please note that all returns must have an RMA to be returned and RMA numbers can only be issued for 7 days after the item has been received.
Example 2.) You use the item you purchased but are experiencing issues with it. You would be covered under our 30 day warranty and not under the return policy. For any issues with your purchase after you have used it or opened the clear plastic bags, you would be eligible for an exchange or repair up to 30 days from the date you received the order.
Example 3.) You decide to cancel your order before it even arrives or just after it arrives because it is not the camera you would like (buyer's remorse). In this case, you would be covered under our warranty policy and we will allow you to exchange the camera for any item we sell of equal or lesser value or repair the item for you. You have 30 days after your purchase to exchange it or receive a store credit. Please email email@example.com within 30 days requesting an exchange or store credit. If you would like to return the camera, you would need to pay a 25% restocking fee. Our risk free policy does not cover order cancellations for any reason.
Example 4.) Any other situation that is not covered here would not be eligible for a return. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to report any issues with their order during the 7 day inspection period. For example, if there is an item missing from your order or something is not working you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org about the issue within the 7 day inspection period.
Please note, all returns must be shipped back in the original packaging to OneQuality.com within 7 Days and arrive at our facilities within 14 days from the date you received your order.
30 Day Warranty Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of issues with your purchase that arise from normal use. We will either exchange or repair your purchase for you. Please note that our warranty doesn't cover accidents or water damage. The policy works much like a manufacturers warranty would work when you purchase a new item. We also sell extended 2 year warranties through Mack Camera and Video Service and their extended warranties are separate from our policy. Free Ground Shipping
We are currently offering FREE ground shipping both ways. We are only offering this to customers who are in the United States. Our free ground shipping usually takes anywhere from 2-12 business days. Items typically ship from Stamford, CT so if you are on the west coast, expect your item to take a little longer. If you need your order sooner we offer expedited shipping options.
We offer overnight shipping and this can be added to your order during checkout. It is the last step in checkout, so don’t worry if you don’t see it as an option immediately. The price of overnight shipping is determined on a per item basis. Please note, standard overnight rates do not include Saturday delivery. For Overnight Saturday Delivery, please call us to discuss. 3 Day Shipping
